The organizations terminated their contract on Sept. 30, 2016. The next day, Humana was out of network with Tenet physicians, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, urgent care centers, imaging centers, laboratories and home health centers.

Under a new contract signed May 1, all Tenet providers will rejoin Humana’s network between June 1 and Oct. 1.
