Here are the states with the lowest percentage of Medicare beneficiaries enrolled in MA plans:
- Alaska: 1 percent
- Wyoming: 11 percent
- Maryland: 21 percent
- Montana: 27 percent
- Delaware: 29 percent
- North Dakota: 29 percent
- Kansas: 30 percent
- Nebraska: 30 percent
- Vermont: 30 percent
- District of Columbia: 31 percent
- New Hampshire: 32 percent
