The SafeRide platform connects patients to medical transport using its network of providers that includes Uber and Lyft. The platform identifies individuals with higher acuity and unique care needs and then provides real-time reporting, live-ride triage/monitoring and program insights to all involved organizations, according to a July 19 news release.

“We are delighted to partner with Medicare Advantage thought leaders like SCAN to advance our technology roadmap and operating model,” Robbins Schrader, co-founder and CEO of SafeRide, said. “Together we are driving enrollment, improving STAR ratings and increasing adherence to care.”
