The move aims to disrupt both the state’s ranking as one of the worst states in terms of healthcare access, but also Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma’s 77 percent dominance of the small group market, according to the Sept. 23 announcement.

The move begins immediately, with Sana offering plans with $0 virtual appointments and low co-pays, according to the announcement. It also boasts employer savings of up to 20 percent.
