Ms. Howard formerly served as founder and principal of C-Suite Assets, a C-suite leader-oriented consulting firm. She additionally held leadership positions at Highmark, UnitedHealth Group’s Optum360, Magellan Behavioral Health and Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey.
