The new benefit is immediately available to fully-insured and self-funded commercial plans with over 50 members. It will also be available to all employees that are covered under a company plan, according to a July 13 news release.
The Canton, Mass.-based company is also creating a care navigation program to support members being able to find access to reproductive and gender affirming services and support. The program will apply across the company’s product lines once launched.
