The new benefit is immediately available to fully-insured and self-funded commercial plans with over 50 members. It will also be available to all employees that are covered under a company plan, according to a July 13 news release.

The Canton, Mass.-based company is also creating a care navigation program to support members being able to find access to reproductive and gender affirming services and support. The program will apply across the company’s product lines once launched.

At the Becker's 5th Annual Fall Payer Issues Roundtable, taking place November 17–19 in Chicago, payer executives and healthcare leaders will come together to discuss value-based care, regulatory changes, cost management strategies and innovations shaping the future of payer-provider collaboration.
