Elevance Health

  • Total U.S. membership: 47.33 million, up 0.1%
  • Commercial: 31.7 million, up 0.8%
  • Medicaid: 11 million, down 2.7%
  • Medicare Advantage: 2.1 million, up 4.8%

UnitedHealthcare

  • Total U.S. membership: 47.31 million, up 2.9%
  • Commercial: 27.3 million, up 2.6%
  • Medicaid: 8.1 million, up 0.7%
  • Medicare Advantage: 7.6 million, up 8.7%

Centene

  • Total U.S. membership: 28 million, up 4.5%
  • Medicaid: 15.2 million, up 2.9%
  • Commercial: 4.1 million, up 62.4%

Aetna

  • Total U.S. membership: 25.7 million, up 5.8%
  • Commercial: 18.3 million, up 7.4%
  • Medicare Advantage: 3.4 million, up 4.5%
  • Medicaid: 2.6 million, down 1.7%

Cigna Healthcare

  • Total U.S. membership: 18 million, up 11.4%
  • Commercial: 16 million, up 8.5%
  • Medicare Advantage: 599,000, up 11%

Humana

  • Total U.S. membership: 17 million, down 0.8%
  • Medicare Advantage: 5.9 million, up 14.7%
  • Commercial: 694,000, down 31.5%
