1. UnitedHealth Group: $4.2 billion, down 23%

2. Elevance Health: $2.3 billion, up 24%

3. CVS Health: $1.8 billion, down 7%

4. Cigna Group: $1.5 billion, up 6%

5. Centene: $1.1 billion, up 6%

6. Humana: $679 million, down 29%
