Total net income in the second quarter was $3.4 billion. UnitedHealthcare’s total earnings from operations were $2.1 billion.
2. Elevance: $1.7 billion
Total net income in Q2 was $1.7 billion. The insurance division reported a total operating income of $1.6 billion
3. Cigna Group: $1.5 billion
