In October, Oscar Health said it would halt external deals for its +Oscar administrative services business, after integration challenges led Health First Health Plans to cancel its $60 million deal with Oscar.

On a Feb. 9 call with investors, Oscar Health CEO Mario Schlosser said Associated Medical Care will use the Campaign Builder platform for value-based care, utilization management and to manage medical expenses.

Oscar Health confirmed the name of the group in an email to Becker’s.

Mr. Schlosser said the company plans to roll out its Campaign Builder service at a “modest” pace through 2023.

“As we think about +Oscar longer-term, we believe that focusing our tech on increasing efficiency and profitability in our insurance business will translate to even better capabilities we can bring to the markets,” he said.
