The insurer will offer individual and family plans on ACA exchanges in 18 states in 2024, adding 165 new counties in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia, according to an Oct. 12 news release.
Earlier this year, Oscar Health said it will exit California’s market in 2024, as part of its push to make its insurance business profitable. The plan has around 35,000 members in California.
Oscar will also add a Breathe Easy plan designed for individuals with COPD and asthma.
