Rochester, Minn.-based Mayo Clinic Health System’s insurance plan, Health Tradition Health Plan, will stop offering individual policies in Wisconsin in 2018.
5. 4 CHS hospitals to remain in Capital BlueCross network after PinnacleHealth acquisition
Four hospitals recently acquired by Harrisburg, Pa.-based PinnacleHealth from Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Heath Systems will stay in Capital BlueCross’ provider network.
6. Centene fills insurance gap in Missouri’s ACA exchange
St. Louis-based Centene Corp. will sell health plans on Missouri’s ACA exchange next year, covering counties that previously had no participating insurers.
7. Children’s Minnesota out of network with BCBS; 66k policyholders affected by contract dispute
Minneapolis-based Children’s Minnesota went out of network with Eagan-based Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota July 5.
