The in-network benefits are for Anthem’s exclusive provider organization members in Springfield, Mo., and St. Louis and members of expanded Blue Access, Pathway/Pathway X and Medicare Advantage networks in Springfield and Joplin, Mo.
The EPO, available to employers with at least 51 employees, will provide in-network access for Anthem policyholders using a narrow network of Mercy physicians, hospitals and other healthcare professionals.
