Mr. Cordani has served as Cigna's CEO and president since 2009, and was most recently named chairman in 2022. In addition to leading more than 70,000 Cigna employees, Mr. Cordani also established his own nonprofit, The David and Sherry Cordani Family Foundation.
Noelle Eder, global chief information officer and executive vice president
Ms. Eder, who joined Cigna in September 2020, leads the payer's global information technology organization. Prior to joining Cigna, she held leadership roles at Hilton Worldwide Holdings, Capital One, Intuit and Teknowledge.

Mr. Evanko has spent more than two decades in Cigna's financial services division, and now leads financial operations and the payer's Investment Management and Underwriting units. Before serving as CFO, he led Cigna's government business arm, which includes Medicare Advantage, Medicaid and government pharmacy markets.
John Murabito, chief administrative officer
Mr. Murabito is a 19-year Cigna veteran who has led as chief human resources officer and chief administrative officer during his time — including managing Cigna's diversity and inclusion efforts, charitable giving and more. He is slated to retire April 1, and will be succeeded by Cynthia Ryan, senior vice president and chief human resources officer for Cigna's U.S. businesses.
Cynthia Ryan, chief human resources officer
Ms. Ryan holds a 23-year tenure with Cigna, leading talent management and employee effectiveness across several of the payer's arms. She will be transitioning into the chief administrative officer position following the announced retirement of John Murabito.
