Layoffs at AHIP

AHIP, the trade association representing health insurers, has laid off an unknown number of employees.

The organization’s former director of communications and public affairs posted on LinkedIn Dec. 5 that he had been part of “a layoff.”

“AHIP is constantly assessing organizational needs to ensure we are best positioned to advance the interests of our member companies and those they serve,” the group told Politico.
