Last week Medica said it would operate on the exchanges in Nebraska as well, according to the report. Medica is set to be the sole payer offering on-exchange ACA plans in Nebraska next year.
Hartford, Conn.-based Aetna and Des Moines, Iowa-based Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield decided to exit Iowa’s 2018 exchange in April.
