Imagine360 introduced a new health plan offering called Choice360 July 21, which will launch for the Jan. 1, 2027, plan year.
Imagine360 offers alternative health plans for self-funded employers. Choice360 incorporates Health Rosetta’s advisor support model to help employers maximize value. Choice360 will rely on a group of integrated solution partners in direct primary care, telehealth, oncology and mental health.
Imagine360 underwent Health Rosetta’s evaluation process, which reviewed administrative services using the Nautilus framework for contract transparency, information collection and plan document completeness, a news release said. Imagine360 also brought together partners to drive a coordinated implementation.
“While we’ve partnered with Health Rosetta advisors for years, this marks the first time we’ve completed Health Rosetta’s Embedded Solutions evaluation and formally integrated several of their preferred vendor partners into our model,” Jeff Bak, Imagine360 president and CEO, told Becker’s. He added that the integrated solutions have been vetted and follow a philosophy of stronger outcomes and lower costs.
“By integrating those partners into a more connected model, we’re making it easier for employers to implement a proven strategy,” he said.
The standardized offering intends to coordinate strategy and establish consistency with operations, while allowing enough flexibility to tailor to employers’ needs. By aligning incentives, the structure aims for more cost predictability. The news release said the offering will include transparent, performance-based pricing and provider access options.
“Because employers are at different points in their healthcare journey, it was important to include traditional network options so advisors can meet employers where they are while helping them transition to higher-performing health plan strategies over time,” Amy LeVrier, director of client success at Health Rosetta, said in the news release.
The offering will initially be available in select markets, but Imagine360 intends to expand over time.
