The company said Jan. 30 it will open its first CenterWell facilities in Asheville, N.C., and Baton Rouge and New Orleans, La. by late spring and early summer. By the end of 2024, more centers are expected to open in Charlotte and Raleigh, N.C.; Indianapolis; Jackson, Miss.; Louisville, Ky.; Orlando, Fla.; and Richmond and Tidewater, Va.
As of Dec. 31, CenterWell facilities provide services to 295,000 seniors across 300 locations in 15 states. Humana plans to continue adding 30 to 50 new centers annually across the country through at least 2025.
