Brentwood, Tenn.-based Premise will operate four of the wellness centers in the Louisville, Ky., and Tampa, Fla., areas, according to a news release.
“We are excited to partner with Premise Health to provide in-person and 24/7 virtual care to our Humana associates and their covered family members,” said Tim State, senior vice president of associate health and well-being at Humana. “Premise shares our well-being values and given the spotlight that COVID has put on overall health and well-being, we know this partnership will be an asset for our associates.”
The agreement will enable Premise Health to serve 14,000 associates among the four locations.
