Humana’s board of directors declared a $0.885 per share dividend to be paid on Jan. 30, 2026.
The dividend will be paid to all shareholders of record as of the close of business Dec. 26, according to an Oct. 28 Humana news release.
Humana will release its third quarter earnings report on Nov. 5. The company reported a net income of $545 million in the second quarter, down from a net income of $679 million during the same period last year.
