Beginning Nov. 13, employees will answer member questions, reconcile enrollment information and review applications.
The announcement comes after Humana declared palms to lay off about 500 workers in February, as it scales back its home health division’s workforce. The payer said it has 700 positions open in Louisville, according to the report.
