It’s the second of a three-part rebranding, according to a June 1 Humana news release. The process began in March, when Kindred At Home locations in seven states moved to the new name. States making the transition during the second phase are: Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia and Wisconsin.

The final phase is expected to begin in September with Kindred At Home locations in 17 states making the transition, according to the news release. When the rebranding is complete, CenterWell Home Health will support patients from more than 350 locations in 38 states.

CenterWell Home Health is an arm of Humana’s payer-agnostic brand CenterWell. Humana announced the creation of CenterWell in early 2021, a rebranded segment that houses all of its healthcare service offerings.
