Pending regulatory approval, the plans will be available this fall in nine counties for coverage beginning Jan. 1. The health plans will include access to Oscar’s care teams, 24/7 telemedicine and mobile solutions.
Oscar and Humana will first offer the plans to small businesses with up to 50 employees in the Nashville area. An executive committee formed by the companies will oversee the plans, and the insurers will equally share risk.
Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
