Humana has disbanded its executive committee, according to a Dec. 7 regulatory filing from the company.
The change was part of a regular governance review, a Humana spokesperson told Bloomberg.
With virtual meetings and new ways of doing business, the usefulness of the committee has "diminished greatly over the years," the Humana spokesperson told the outlet.
