Humana completes $1.25B debt offering

Humana has completed a $1.25 billion debt offering.

The offering is expected to generate $1.12 billion, according to a March 13 Humana news release. The company will use the notes to repay a $500 million delayed draw term loan and for general corporate purposes. 

 The company also initiated a $1.25 billion senior note offering in November, as well as a $750 million debt offering in March 2022.
