Passport participants will receive awards for healthy actions through Welltok’s CaféWell Rewards platform. Highmark is using CaféWell Rewards to better engage its Medicare Advantage beneficiaries.
Rewarded actions include annual wellness visits and diabetes screenings. Participants will be awarded with a gift card of their choice.
