- Cigna (Bloomfield, Conn.): $177.07 per share (up 1.5 percent)
- Humana (Louisville, Ky.): $246.00 per share (down 1.6 percent)
- UnitedHealth Group (Minnetonka, Minn.): $190.80 per share (down 1.2 percent)
