The companies opened their first clinic in the area in January, with the new centers expected to open in 2025.
The shared centers serve Florida Blue members, along with traditional Medicare and cash-pay patients 50 and older. Sanitas and Florida Blue have collaborated on primary care clinics since 2015. There are more than 50 Sanitas centers currently located across Florida. Sanitas has partnered with insurers in Tennessee, Texas and New Jersey.
