Amazon’s service will be available to over 2 million Florida Blue members starting Jan. 1, 2023, according to an Oct. 25 news release from Florida Blue.
“Florida Blue hopes the savings and the familiarity of ordering through Amazon will make it easier for our members to get their daily medications and better manage their health,” Chuck Divita, Florida Blue executive vice president of commercial markets, said in the news release.
“Medication adherence is a major factor in the health and well-being of Floridians,” Mr. Divita said.
Amazon Pharmacy launched in 2020.
