The plan, called Anthem MediBlue Prime Select, will be offered starting Oct. 15 for coverage beginning Jan. 1.

Cleveland Clinic’s partnership with Cincinnati-based Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Ohio marks the clinic’s third integrated payer partnership since June. Cleveland Clinic and Louisville, Ky.-based Humana created two Medicare Advantage plans for patients in Ohio’s Cuyahoga County. The clinic will also offer a joint health plan with New York City-based Oscar Health, which signaled the clinic’s entrance into the health insurance market and Oscar’s expansion into Ohio early this summer.
