The Cigna Group’s board of directors has declared a $1.51 per share cash dividend to be paid Sept. 18.
The dividend will be paid to shareholders of record as of the close of business Sept. 4, according to a July 22 news release from the company.
Cigna will release its second quarter earnings report on July 31. The company posted a $1.3 billion profit in the first quarter of 2025.
