The payer is offering employees onsite health services like telehealth options and coaching, virtual guided mediation, fitness centers and jogging paths. Other workplace services include biometric screenings and acute, episodic and primary care services.
“By completely renovating, reequipping and relocating our onsite health center to its premier location at the main entrance, we’re sending a message to our employees that health and wellness are front and center to Cigna’s culture,” Cigna Director of Global Health and Wellness Jill Vaslow told Hartford Business.
Cigna has 50 onsite clinics in 20 states and Washington, D.C., with eyes toward expansion, according to the report.
