Wellcare, Centene's Medicare Advantage business, is partnering with the American Legion on Medicare Advantage plans designed to complement benefits veterans receive through the VA.
According to an Aug. 29 news release, Wellcare will also support the American Legion's Be the One initiative, a program designed to provide mental health support to veterans and reduce veteran suicide.
More information on the products available through the partnership will be available after Oct. 1, according to the release.
