Centene CEO buys 4K+ shares of company stock

Centene CEO Sarah London bought 4,117 shares of the company’s stock, according to a Nov. 8 SEC filing.

The shares were purchased at an average price of $60.80 per share, the filing states. Ms. London now owns 667,229 shares of Centene stock.

Ms. London has been with Centene since 2020 and has served as the company’s CEO since March 2022. 

Centene posted $713 million in net income in the third quarter, per its earnings report published Oct. 25.
