The plan gives policyholders access to any physician, specialist, hospital, urgent care center or facility in the BlueCross BlueShield network. However, policyholders that choose to receive treatment at “preferred” Catholic Health System facilities can reduce their out-of-pocket costs, premium expenses and deductible amounts.

BlueCross BlueShield will offer the plan both on and off the exchange in 2017.
