Commercial enrollment rankings in 2022:

  1. Elevance Health: 31.4 million
  2. UnitedHealth Group: 26.7 million
  3. CVS Health (Aetna): 17 million
  4. Cigna: 14.8 million
  5. Centene: 2.5 million
  6. Humana: 986,000
