Behavioral health management companies New Directions Behavioral Health and Tridium are combining under the name Lucet to offer a care navigation system for payers.
New Directions Behavioral Health was formed by a group of Blue Cross Blue Shield plans and acquired Tridium last year.
According to a Jan. 19 news release, New Directions Behavioral Health CEO Shana Hoffman will lead the company.
Lucet is launching Navigate and Connect, a tech-enabled platform to provide concierge service to members.
Chuck Divita, executive vice president, commercial markets at GuideWell and Florida Blue, said the platform drove "material positive impact" on the payer's behavioral health offerings.
"We expect that the value and support it delivers to our members will continue to expand over time," Mr. Divita said.
