Chicago-based Health Care Service Corp. is moving within suburban Downers Grove to a 133,000-square-foot office at 3500 Lacey Road, downsizing nearly 25 percent by moving from its current 177,000-square-foot office at 1020 31st Street.
Health Care Service Corp. “embraces a hybrid approach to remote work,” and has about 625 employees working on a hybrid remote/in-person schedule in Downers Grove, and 400 working primarily remote, a spokesperson told Crain’s Chicago Business.
The new setup will have shared seating to “provide increased flexibility for collaboration among teams located in Downers Grove,” the spokesperson said.
