Here are four things to know about the agreements.

1. Both agreements, one for the Omaha, Neb.-metro area and one for the rest of the state, apply solely to BCBS of Nebraska health plans that use NEtwork BLUE. It does not apply to SelectBlue three-tier plans.

2. CHI Health will remain fully out of network for members enrolled in SelectBlue plans. However, members may continue to access care in the Select BlueChoice network.

3. The agreements come after a 15-month long contract dispute that focused on whether CHI Health was charging higher costs than other providers in the Omaha metro area, according to WOWT

4. The agreements take effect July 15.
