John Uribe was named senior vice president and CFO, and Carey Smith was tapped as senior vice president and COO, according to a June 2 news release from the payer.
Mr. Uribe served as the company’s vice president of business development since 2012, according to the news release.
Mr. Smith is returning to Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota to take on his new role. He was an information technology executive for the payer from 2012 to 2017, according to the news release.
