BCBS of Kansas told the station it was recently notified of a data breach that occurred several months ago at Morley Companies, which processes member information for the insurer.
No Social Security or financial information was involved in the breach, a BCBS spokesperson told the station. Morley is providing two years of free credit and identity monitoring for those who may have been affected.
