Members qualify for a range of Vida services, including 24-hour messaging with a mental health coach or therapist, according to the July 22 announcement. The move also includes Vida’s cast of case managers, who can provide referrals and medication management.
Services include lessons, support groups and thought trackers. Vida also offers mental healthcare tailored for members with diabetes, hypertension or obesity.
Vida boasts being the only major full-stack mental health service provider in both English and Spanish.
