The new solution uses Castlight’s navigation technology to reduce the complexity of healthcare and provide BCBS members with more personalized and high-value care. BCBS will also benefit from comprehensive insights into each member’s specific benefits, program eligibility, specialist referrals and gaps in care to determine the next best steps, according to a June 15 news release.
