The managed-care companies will provide services to Medicaid enrollees who will qualify for Hoosier Care Connect, which includes enrollees who are age 65 and older as well as children and adults with blindness or disability.
The goals of Hoosier Care Connect are to improve quality of care, access to care and care coordination for enrolled members.
The targeted rollout date for Hoosier Care Connect is April 1, 2015.
