Indianapolis-based Anthem will continue to occupy 86 percent of the 13-story building as part of a long-term lease, according to the report.

“Everybody knows the Anthem building. Obviously, Anthem is a tenant we’re really happy with,” John Butler, BA Investment Advisors executive managing director of acquisitions, told Colorado Real Estate Journal.

The purchase represented a joint venture with a subsidiary of Heritage Life Insurance. CSHV 700 Broadway sold the complex.
