Anthem BCBS in Virginia partners with Confidant Health to offer addiction telehealth

Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Virginia and behavioral telehealth provider Confidant Health are partnering to offer BCBS members access to virtual addiction treatment services.

Bethel, Conn.-based Confidant offers services that include opioid use disorder medications, psychiatric care, therapy services, coaching, groups and digital tools. The company specializes in treating substance use disorders and mental health conditions that occur at the time and builds custom care plans for members, according to an Aug. 17 news release. 

Confidant offers clinical services in Connecticut and Virginia and telehealth services to anyone.
