The CVS Health company joins three other insurers, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Kaiser Permanente and UnitedHealthcare, that also offer individual plans on the Maryland exchange, according to a Sept. 12 news release from the state.
Maryland’s exchange saw more than 185,000 enrollees through July.
Last year, Aetna expanded its ACA plans to 12 states: Arizona, California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, Texas and Virginia.
