Health insurance marketplace Access Health CT is extending its enrollment window until Jan. 31 for coverage that starts in February, according to an update on its website.

The open enrollment period for qualified health plans and stand-alone dental plans began Nov. 1. Originally, the open enrollment period was supposed to run until Jan. 15, 2026.

In October, the marketplace confirmed 22 qualified health plans would be available. The carriers are Anthem, ConnectiCare Benefits and ConnectiCare Insurance Co.

Recently, ACA shopping has been complicated by expired tax credits, prompting concerns over steeper premiums.
