From patient experience to treatment, Medicare and Medicaid health plans were ranked by the nonprofit National Committee of Quality Assurance, with several Kaiser Foundation plans performing well.
Health plans that chose to make certain data public were rated on their clinical quality and outcomes, patient experience and quality of process by the NCQA. Below are the Medicare and Medicaid plans in 2020-21 that received overall ratings of five stars.
