The Business Group on Health named seven payers as winners of the Best Employers Award for Excellence in Health and Well-being.
The award recognizes companies that advance the well-being of employees through comprehensive and innovative benefits and initiatives.
A total of 44 winners were named April 19 at Business Group on Health's annual conference.
"The winners have demonstrated a strong commitment to employee well-being, all against the backdrop of a pandemic and a parallel mental health crisis," Business Group on Health CEO and President Ellen Kelsay said. "Their creative programs, which achieve goals such as affordable healthcare access, financial security and healthy living, improve the daily lives of diverse workforces and their families."
